• The Quality Environment at Cerisol was defined with the following objectives in mind:
• Producing insulators which are able to meet the technical requirements of our clients and the requirements of their applications of our products, at a fair and competitive price, in the agreed timeframe;
• Integrating our suppliers in our supply chain so as to ensure that they also are able to comply with our requirements, and those of our clients, in a sustainable manner;
• Educating, training and motivating our people, and making them understand their role in the overall success of our Quality System, to stimulate the right attitudes and culture required for an environment of continuous improvement;
• Meeting the expectations of our shareholders in terms of profitability and growth.
